Fishing Regulations

The FWP Commission adopted tentative regulations at its August 2, 2007 meeting in Helena.  Anglers across the state now have an opportunity to comment on the tentative regulations through September 14, 2007.

“This is the first full review of the fishing regulations since adopting the four-year regulation cycle in 2003,” said Don Skaar, FWP Fish Management Bureau Chief.  Skaar said that in interim years generally only clarifications and minor corrections are made to the regulations as needed.
