WE'RE HIRING @ JUDITH BASIN PRESS :: MANAGING EDITOR :: There is an upcoming opening for a managing editor at the Judith Basin Press newspaper. The Judith Basin Press is a weekly community newspaper based in Stanford. Its coverage area includes the towns and outlying areas of Judith Basin County.
The successful candidate should be community minded, have strong written and verbal communication skills, be self-motivated, work well under deadlines and be flexible with hours. Journalism background is preferred. Computer and photography skills are a plus. This is a multi-faceted position that includes reporting and editing news stories, managing contributing writers, working with advertisers and performing other duties associated with operating a community newspaper.
The managing editor will work closely with the staff of the Lewistown News-Argus.
This is a full-time position that includes health insurance, paid vacation, paid sick leave, paid holidays and a 401(K) plan.
The current editor will be retiring at the end of December 2017, but we hope to begin interviewing candidates as soon as possible.

Moore School District is looking to hire: Long Term Substitute for Grade 3 while teacher is on maternity leave. Approx. date from Jan.3 - April 6.
This person’s duties would include:
● Preparing lesson plans
● Recess duties
● Classroom management
This job would require a person who has a desire to work with children, reliable, good with children. Pay scale will be $75 per day.
