After two successful seasons of three-Pub Night concert series, the Judith Arts Society Board of Directors is pleased to announce more of the same for the 2026-2027 Performing Arts Season. We thank all of you for supporting our new mission and hope you will join us for another year of live arts in our communities and local schools. On Friday, September 25, 2026, at the Geyser Community Hall, delight in the return of last year’s musical guest, Trevor Panczak. Hailing from Alberta, Canada, Trevor’s heartfelt and engaging stage presence have earned him the title of Canada’s “Gentle Giant.” On the 25th he will pay tribute to the original “Gentle Giant,” Don Williams. The tribute will include familiar renditions and fresh interpretations of Williams’s catalog, as well as touching stories about Panczak’s relationship with Williams and his songs. Panczak has said, “I fell asleep to Don Williams pretty much nightly as a kid,” but folks joining the fun in Geyser will want to stay wide awake for this one. On Friday, November 13, 2026, at the Stanford City Hall, Italian guitarist and composer Luca Stricagnoli (stree-kah-NYOH-lee) will share his custom multi-neck guitars and his innovative playing techniques with listeners. Since beginning classical guitar at age 10 and studying at the Conservatory, the most prestigious music school in Italy, he has built his sound through relentless self-teaching and experimentation, developing a style that pushes the acoustic guitar beyond standard playing. He captured the interest of the JAS Board members attending last year’s Consortium, and they are sure he will prove “mind blowing” for JAS patrons. On Friday, April 23, 2027, at the Utica Community Hall, JAS welcomes one of the busiest sought-after musicians in and around the Flathead, Montana singer/songwriter Mike Murray. His music is not about the notes but the journey they take listeners on. The lyrics channel his day-to-day experiences living in Montana and being human. Mike’s popularity has soared with local audiences. His voice is honest, direct, and embodies the pureness of a classic folk storyteller. He has released multiple studio albums, his tales all his own, but somehow the way he tells them, we can all find ourselves in his words. Beginning at 6:30, the Judith Arts Board and friends will provide hors d’oeuvres, with a no host bar, for each venue. The concerts will begin at 7 pm. Please gather your friends and join us for some amazing live arts. In addition to these concerts, we will continue our commitment of bringing the arts to our schools and have programmed one educational outreach for each of our county schools: Geyser, Hobson and Stanford.
