"Find Your Away and Take the Scenic Route"The Double B RV Park is known for its country hospitality, quiet, relaxed atmosphere, its convenience to other area attractions and recreation adventures throughout the area. A wonderful view of the Little Belt Mountains can be seen right from our facility and for those who like to spend time out on the water, nearby Ackley Lake is a great place to go fishing and boating.
There are amenities throughout Stanford that will assist with making your visit more comfortable. Grocery store, churches, and restaurants are available throughout town and depending on the season - plenty of sports activities at the local school. All RV sites have full hookups with access to plenty of water. We also have restrooms and showers which are open 24 hours a day and there is a dumping station located at the park. And for the kids there is a playground in town at the Stanford City Park a few blocks up from the park. "RVing can bring your family together by taking them far away. Whether your passion is camping, mountain biking or touring some of history’s great landmarks, RVing is a wonderfully fun, surprisingly affordable way to get there more often. According to a survey of RV owners, one of the activities that children enjoy most while on an RV vacation is gathering with their families around a campfire – whether it’s to make s’mores, roast marshmallows or tell stories.
Survey results also suggest that children who take RV trips with their families plan to continue the tradition of RV travel when they get older. In fact, nearly 100% of the kids who responded to the survey intend to go RVing with their own children when they become adults." Gorving.com |
